Intensely red with reflections of ripe cherry, fruity with notes of currant, plum and jam, spicy with smoky notes. 

Dry, full-bodied, savoury and persuasive with a very long and fruity aftertaste. Perfectly paired with aged cheese, red meats, and hearty sauce-based dishes.
