Sauvignon Blanc has indeed found a home on the cool, breezy hills of the Vinemount Ridge. The 2020 vintage is straw yellow with green notes and hints of rosemary flowers, sage, quince, yellow pepper, grapefruit, boxwood; full and velvety, balanced and complex with a persistent, aromatic aftertaste.
