The Vinemount Ridge sub appellation, with its greater elevation, is ideal for the production of fine Icewines. A choice selection of our Vidal vines are left unharvested, so that the essence of the grape becomes intensified by the cooling environment.

Only when winter’s grip is at its height is the now-frozen fruit hand picked and pressed to produce a rare golden nectar that, under the careful hand of our master winemaker, is transformed into that most Canadian of wines.

This sweet wine explodes with freshness and the flavours of Ontario fruit. Serve well chilled on its own, or with a wide variety of desserts, as a grand finale to a fine meal.
